By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted, becomes a binding contract. You will receive email confirmation upon order receipt. All items remain the property of SHOPABAYA until full payment is received. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
SHOPABAYA reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or incorrect information.
DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
SHOPABAYA ships products on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their local authorities. Delivery will be made to the address provided during checkout. PO boxes are not accepted, and a signature is required upon delivery.
We may attempt delivery twice. If no one is available to receive the order, SHOPABAYA reserves the right to cancel the purchase. You assume responsibility for the product once delivery is completed.
Where possible, orders are delivered in one shipment. However, we reserve the right to split deliveries and will notify you by email in such cases. You will not be charged additional shipping for split deliveries.
Order modifications can be made only if the order has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, no changes, refunds, or exchanges will be entertained for international deliveries.
CUSTOMER REVIEW AND FEEDBACK CONSENT
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions at checkout, you allow SHOPABAYA to contact you after your order is delivered.
