DELIVERY TIME (PAKISTAN)
Our estimated delivery time after dispatch is 15 to 20 working days for major cities. Delivery to remote areas may take longer. Please ensure your contact number is active so our team can reach you.
Timely delivery depends on product availability and order confirmation. During sale periods, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Estimated dispatch time for international orders is 22 to 28 working days after order confirmation. Final delivery time may vary by destination.
Once an international order is in process, it cannot be canceled. If the customer refuses delivery, they will be responsible for shipping and customs charges.
Please note: During sale events, international delivery times may exceed normal durations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel a prepaid order, please contact us within 24 hours of order placement. After the order is marked “in process,” it cannot be canceled or refunded.
PAYMENT THROUGH CARDS
We strive to ensure a secure shopping experience. In some cases, we may request payment verification via call or email, as per bank policies, to prevent fraud.
SHOPABAYA reserves the right to cancel any order if the payment is declined by your bank or payment provider.
DELIVERY CHARGES (PAKISTAN)
We offer Free Delivery for all the orders above Rs. 10500/-  within Pakistan.
For orders below Rs. 10500, standard delivery rates will be charged based on the Payment method:
Cash on delivery: Rupees 200/-.
Online/Bank Transfer/Prepay: Rupees 0/-.
Charges for all International delivery vary from country to country depending upon city, state, country, and locality. To calculate shipment charges you can select any product and checkout with your delivery address to calculate the estimated delivery charges (doesn’t include any taxes & duties).
Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes & duties and will be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or fees will be collected at the time of order delivery by the courier
