RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

 You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
  • The product(s) must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and protective layers intact.
  • The product received does not match the size ordered.
  • Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our customer care team for a return or exchange to be processed.
  • Please note: Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store at the moment.
  • This policy is only applicable to orders delivered within Pakistan. For international orders, please contact our customer support and we will assist you as best we can.
 
 

HOW DO I APPLY FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

  • To return or exchange an item, please email us at contact@shopabayat.com or call us at +92 (328) 2370462 with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved by our support team, you will be asked to send the item(s) back to: SHOPABAYA – E-commerce Department, Karachi, Pakistan
  • Please Note that: You are responsible for the shipping charges for returning the item(s) to us.
  • In some cases, our customer care may guide you to visit the nearest SHOPABAYA outlet (if applicable in the future) for an exchange.
 
 

WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

  • We aim to process all returns within 15–20 working days after receiving the returned parcel. 
  • During busy or sale periods, please allow up to 27 working days.
 
 

WHAT IS YOUR SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY?

  • If the size you received doesn’t fit and you’d like to request a different size, you are welcome to return the product within 10 days of delivery by contacting our team at contact@shopabayat.com.
  • The product must be unused, with original packaging, tags, and stickers intact.
  • You may be guided to the nearest outlet (if applicable) for exchange.
  • This policy applies only within Pakistan. For international orders, please contact support for assistance.
 
 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

  • Yes, we offer refunds only in cases where we’re unable to offer an exchange or other resolution.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 9–12 working days, depending on the payment method.

RETURNS: CUSTOMIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Customized or made-to-measure abayas CANNOT be returned or exchanged. However, if there is an error in customization or measurement, you may share clear photos as proof, and we will try to resolve the issue.

RETURNS – SALE AND DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

Products purchased on sale or with discounts are ONLY eligible for exchange or refund if the wrong item was delivered. No exchanges or refunds will be offered for discounted items unless the delivered product is incorrect.
